Guruvayoor temple in Kerala is dedicated to 4 armed Vishnu. That temple is famous for celebrations using elephants.

Guruvayoorappan temple inspired by the Kerala temple is a unique temple in USA due to the fact that it is the only temple is USA which has a Go-Shala which is a rare case now a days even in India. This temple is dedicated to lord Krishna though other deities are also worshiped. It is a big temple as can be gauged by the fact that 11 priests serve the temple.

Here is some additional information about the temple –

Purpose: To provide a place of worship for followers of Hindu religion and philosophy, and to promote various religious, spiritual, cultural, and social activities.
History: The temple was founded by the Hindu American Temple and Cultural Center (HATCC), which was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1988. The current temple building was completed in 2012.
Facilities: The temple complex includes a magnificent temple building, a multi-purpose hall, and priest quarters. It also has a vegetarian canteen.
Deities: The temple houses idols of various Hindu deities, including Guruvayoorappan, Venkateshwara (Balaji), Satyanarayana, Aiyappa, Shiva, and Lakshmi.

Temple also hosts a school to learn Sanskrit, Hinduism and Indian cultural dances.
